In our pricing plan, certain types of users like suppliers that are exempt from user-based pricing tiers, which means you can have enough of those people working with you and using the software as you like. Other types of users, like administrators purchasing managers and engineers, are included and calculated in your chosen pricing tier.
Do I need to buy services?
Yes, that is our recommendation. Although using LUPR is intuitive and does not require special training. All new LUPR customers benefit from implementation services in order to get started collaborating through LUPR. To most effectively manage your suppliers, the software should be tailored to your unique organizational structure and needs. You can transform your business and achieve the greatest value using the thriving ecosystem of LUPR using the customization that can be provided by our passionate procurement experts and consultants.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
Yes. LUPR contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using LUPR would be more successful creating supplier value in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. However, in case you are not satisfied with the LUPR solution performance you can stop the subscription after 4 months.
What type of support comes within Starter, Pro, and Enterprise?
For LUPR Starter, Pro and Enterprise, phone and web conferences are supported is included in your subscription fee. This provides a means for you to have your questions answered by LUPR customer support specialists.
